We receive many letters from the families we’ve served, thanking us for our care during their time of loss. Their words warm our hearts and speak to you of our professionalism, compassion, and the true value of the services we provide in laying their friends to rest.
I have had to put down everything from dogs to horses and Pine Hill has always been there for me. They have come during winter storms and rain and have been nothing but courteous and understanding of our loss. You worry and hear horror stories about dogs not coming back. Our beloved dog was identified through her entire cremation with a serial number. The serial number stayed with her on a metal plate that was even returned with her ashes. The number was on her paw print and her certificate. They ensured I received only my Diamond pup back. They took great care with her. I highly recommend this company and will use them for when I have to go through this in the future, sadly I know I will. I received a beautiful velvet bag, certificate, paw print, and cedar urn. thank you for your care Pine Hill.

They took great care with our stallion picking him up the day he went to greener pastures. There was an error on his name plate and they quickly replaced it while I waited. I whole-heartedly recommend them to take care of your pet’s remains, large and small.

We do not live nearby and used Dr Torres for an in home euthanasia for our beloved dog Bentley and she handled the private cremation portion on our behalf. We were so pleasantly surprised to receive Bentley’s remains returned to us (within the promised time) with such thought and detail from the beautiful engraving of his name, velvet bag embroidered sweet message, certificate and paw print. My children and I struggled with many attempts at getting a paw print in the last hours and it meant so much to us that y’all made it as we were not expecting it. We will be forever grateful knowing he was in good hands as he physical left our home and lives ?

They were caring and compassionate in our heart breaking need. Accommodated us in setting after hours drop off and delivering in person. My mother rescues and has many cats and uses them through her vet and recommended them. I highly recommend them. They also didn’t take advantage in our grief and were very reasonably priced. For those who prefer burial there, it is a beautiful setting.

I have 11 horses buried at Pine Hill. Ben and his staff make the worst part about horse ownership bearable.
When a horse passes away, whether naturally or assisted, a decision has to be made where to bury your beloved animal and how to get it done. Pine Hill makes it less painful with their availability and kindness.

Absolutely wonderful place with sincerely loving and caring people. They traveled 5 hours to pick up my family’s beloved horse the same day he passed and today I received his ashes in a beautiful box. I’m very grateful they were so compassionate and helpful. Seems like we have been sending our fur babies to y’all forever. It started a very long time ago. At that time brother Ben answered the phone himself and took care of everything. So when my special cat passed, I called them, they picked up at a vet office they normally do not go and then even delivered him back in a special order container right to my door!

These people are amazing. They were so responsive and helpful. They were at my front door in 2 hours. This really helped us get on with our mourning process. We miss our gentle giant Baxter, but Pine Hills helped us imensely. Driver gave us a heads up when he was on his way and met his ETA which really helped me get busy household situated.
