No. Euthanasia arrangements must be made directly through your veterinarian.

Pickup and Scheduling

We are unable to provide exact pickup times. Routes are scheduled geographically and additional pickups may be added throughout the day.

If you need a specific pickup window, we offer Priority Pickup Service Monday–Friday for an additional fee.

Yes. Priority Pickup Service allows you to request a preferred pickup time during regular business hours Monday–Friday.

No. We understand these situations can happen at any time. We have drivers available 7 days a week, and our answering service is available when the office is closed. They can assist with scheduling or take a message for our staff. We will return all calls and messages as soon as possible during business hours.

Yes. Drop-offs are welcome during normal office hours.

Once arrangements have been made with your veterinarian, we can place you on our pickup schedule.

For same-day pickup, we recommend scheduling your veterinary appointment as early in the day as possible. Late appointments may require next-day pickup.

Yes. We travel long distances for pickups; however:

  • Mileage fees may apply
  • Longer-distance pickups may need to be scheduled Monday–Friday

Cremation & Burial

We offer private cremation services where your pet is cremated individually. Please contact us for available cremation options and pricing.

No. Families are not permitted to be present during the cremation process.

Timing varies depending on the size of your pet, current scheduling, and the services selected. We will provide an estimated timeframe when arrangements are made.

If your pet was picked up from a veterinary clinic, the cremated remains will typically be returned there for pickup.

If we picked up from your home or farm, remains can be:

  • Returned to the pickup address
  • Delivered to another address upon request
  • Shipped directly to you for an additional fee
  • Picked up from Pine Hill during office hours

Yes. Every pet is assigned an identification tag that stays with them throughout the entire process to ensure accurate return of your pet’s cremated remains.

Yes. While you may already own the burial plot, there is still a burial fee for each pet placed in the plot. This does not include future burial services or related costs.

Burial timing depends on weather and ground conditions. During heavy rain or unsafe conditions, pets are respectfully held in cold storage until burial can safely take place.

No. Families are not permitted to attend burials.

Custom pine caskets are available for $75+ (Depending on animal size) and are built specifically for your pet.

Keepsakes & Memorial Items

Yes. For small pets, we offer clay prints. Price varies depending on size, ranging from 25$ – 45$.

No, we do not currently offer clay hoof prints.

We do not offer nose prints.

For horses, tail or mane hair must be cut before pickup.

For smaller pets, we can provide a fur clipping keepsake. Resin keychains may also be available.

Equine & Large Animal Information

No. Horseshoes must be removed before pickup, as we do not carry the tools necessary for removal.

No, we do not provide horn removal services.

Yes. Animals should be ready for transport upon our arrival.

If the animal is located in a stall or difficult area, please let us know ahead of time. Additional equipment or assistance may be needed.

Payment

We accept:

  • Cash (paid directly to the driver)
  • Credit or debit cards over the phone
  • We do not accept checks.

Pet Loss Support

If possible:

  • Place your pet in the coolest area of your home
  • Lay them on a blanket, towel, or plastic covering
    Cover them gently with a blanket or towel

Then contact us or your veterinarian to discuss arrangements.

Most veterinary clinics can respectfully hold your pet for a short period while you make aftercare decisions. There is usually no immediate rush.

Yes. Pre-planning can help reduce stress during an emotional time and allows families to thoughtfully prepare financially and emotionally.
